After the official introduction of a new DAfStb guideline on steel fiber concrete last spring, the first products have now been carried out in accordance with this guideline, e.g. Amazon’s 120,000m² distribution center in Rheinberg. Some parts were manufactured with pure steel fiber concrete, and large concentrated load areas were built with a combination of steel fiber concrete and traditional steel-reinforced concrete.
